On the day preceding the conference, a workshop
focusing on the next generation metallization
and interconnects technologies will be held
after the short course. This workshop is
free to participate for the conference and
short course attendees.
The theme of this year’s workshop is “3-Dimensional
Interconnect Technology”.
Official language of the workshop is Japanese,
and presentation and discussion will be made
by Japanese.
